School & Your Vision: How They Are Related (1/6)


Much like we often compare things that go well together to a PB&J sandwich, the same metaphor works wonders with applying it to both school and your vision. You sometimes may not realize it, but both of these components help in learning and in one’s education in general. It even helps them perform in extracurricular activities as well as form strong relationships with their classmates.

That being said, let’s take a good look at the ways that school and vision aid in your child’s efforts when it comes to their education.

ADD/ADHD and Its Effects On Vision

Even despite out best efforts toward identifying all the possible symptoms and causes towards a person’s vision loss or problem, sometimes they can be more complex and attributed to mental health more so than our physical health.

Since most of the way education has been attributed to our eyesight, that is to say, roughly 80% of our learning requires the usage of our eyes, there can be a few cases to understand in some children upon their learning. These cases can range from simple impulsivities to even major ones like ADHD.
